ForFyt is a fitness accountability tool. Every week you commit to a dollar amount upfront. Log your workouts, get it back. Miss a day, lose a portion. Simple.
By signing up, you agree to participate in good faith — logging workouts honestly and making your weekly commitment payment on time.
All payments happen outside of ForFyt through third-party apps like Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, or Bitcoin. ForFyt does not process, hold, transfer, or have any control over your money at any point.
We are not responsible for any payment disputes, failed transfers, delays, or losses that occur through those platforms. Any payment issues need to be resolved directly between you and your trainer (or sponsor).
Deductions are calculated based on your logged activity. Each missed workout day results in a deduction equal to your weekly commitment divided by your workout days. Days before your join date are not counted. These calculations are final as shown in the app.
You're responsible for logging your own workouts accurately. If you connect Strava, activities are auto-synced — but you can still log manually. Don't log workouts you didn't do. That defeats the whole point.
If you're assigned to a sponsor, your weekly payment goes to them directly — not to the admin. The sponsor is responsible for collecting your payment and paying you back. ForFyt is not a party to that arrangement and is not liable for any issues between you and your sponsor.
Keep your login credentials safe. You're responsible for any activity on your account. If you think your account has been compromised, contact your trainer immediately.
Your trainer can pause or remove your account at any time. If you want to leave, just let them know.
ForFyt is a personal fitness tracking tool, not a financial service, bank, or payment processor. Use it at your own discretion. We're not liable for any financial losses, missed payouts, or disputes arising from participation.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app means you're cool with any updates.
